It is a new charity initiative encompassing Milton, Oakville, Burlington and Halton Hills. This group is doing something no other local charity is doing, which is bringing together all four Halton municipalities to work together and raise money for local charities operating in the Halton area, and then they compete against each other in a relay race held at Kelso Conservation Park.  Another highlight will be the first annual Emergency Services Tug of War.  And there will be other participatory and passive events will be occurring as well.

There is an absolutely huge amount of response and interest coming from all areas of the local public, business, government, local charities and professional organizations, all wanting more information on how they can get involved. There are also incredible prizes to be won including a new car for the person who raises the most money!

The Centre will be based on a shared space model. Membership would be of interest to entrepreneurs who have found working from home does not fully meet their objectives and who would benefit from working in the same facility as like-minded people.  Contact me if you are interested.
